We are not responsible for undelivered items due to your address being entered incorrectly. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
While we package our products with the utmost care, we have no control over how your package is handled once it leaves our facility. If by chance your items arrive broken or damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We will evaluate complaints within the first 48 hours after delivery. Please be prepared to send photos of your damaged items.
Please read all product instructions carefully. Some of our products require refrigeration. Please store them properly. There are no preservatives used in our products. If they are not stored the right way, they will spoil. Butters might separate due to heat, if this occurs, refrigerate butter for 15 minutes to solidify it then store it in a cool and dry area. Our Aloe Vera Mist is made fresh. Due to this, over time, the color might slightly change. We recommend using it within 8 weeks. Our Moisturizing Lavender Gel is also made fresh. We recommend using it within 8 weeks. Please refrigerate both items. It is recommended that a patch test is performed before using all oils. They are strong and concentrated. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that you might have.
Our products are safe to use on children. A patch test is highly recommended. Due to the strength of our oils, we recommend checking for allergies. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
Meal Plans, Hair Restoration Plans, and Consultations are all virtual. Personal plans take time and research to put together. After the outline of these services are sent via email, there will be no refunds.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed 3-4 days from purchasing. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow your order to be processed before reaching out about tracking. Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible. Once tracking is received, understand that we no longer have control over the package. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package after it’s shipped. Due to COVID-19, delayed shipping may occur.
Are our products for everyone?
Everything that we offer is plant based and we know that many do not actively practice this lifestyle. Due to the nature of our products and how they go hand in and with the foods that you intake, we cannot guarantee results. Our products and services are at their best when you actively do the hard work to see results. Consistency is key. While their are tons of success stories, most do not happen over night. It takes time to undo years worth of damage and heal.
